Here’s our BUILT Online Training Info!
– custom diet(s)
– custom training program (3 to 7 day detailed training split based on your schedule, goals, available equipment etc)
– “before” photos and then ongoing biweekly progress photos & updates
– changes/modifications to your diet and training program as necessary, in addition to your scheduled biweekly updates
– daily communication to ensure all questions are answered (seven days a week; weekends I’m a little slower)
– IAmBUILT Facebook group with everyone! •
