The leg workout that killed my tush, as promised:
5 x 10-12 lying leg curl, increasing weight each set
5 x 30 abductions, with heavy reps, slow negative reps and pump reps
5 x 20 Smith squats, slow and controlled with a pause at the bottom
5 x 20 Smith hip thrusts, first ten reps with a full range of motion and really emphasizing the contraction, last ten reps are partial ROM with constant tension
That was IT! Simple yet effective, aiming to go heavy with controlled movements, being aware to contract on both the concentric and eccentric movements, pausing and squeezing where you can too! 💪🏼🤠 #iambuilt #legs #glutes #workout @justindlovato @iambuilt
