1️⃣ Abductions superset with sumo dumbbell squats. 4 sets. Abductions were timed sets (1:30 min), 15-20 reps for sumos. No breaks, back and forth.
2️⃣ Single leg leg curls. 4 sets x 15-20 reps. 2 min breaks.
3️⃣ Bulgarian split squats. 4 sets x 10-12 reps. 2 min breaks.
4️⃣ Seated leg curls. 4 sets. Timed sets (1:30 min). 1-2 min breaks.
5️⃣ Leg extensions superset with seated donkey calf machine. 3 sets. Sequence for both… 20 reps (10 second break) 15 reps (10 sec break) 10 reps. Then the same for calf raises. Back and forth with no breaks.
6️⃣ Smith rack squats. 4 sets. Timed sets (1:30 min). 2 min breaks.
7️⃣ Leg press. 4 sets. Timed sets (1:30 min). 2 min breaks
