4 x 1:30 min/set abductions ss with 20 sumos
4 x (mix of reps – go heavy, high reps, drop sets, timed set) leg press
4 x 10-20 leg curls
4 x 12 stiff leg deadlifts ss 20 (each leg) bodyweight Bulgarian split squats
